Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
If your appointment is less than two days away, please call 540-374-3131 and our staff will gladly assist you.
Otherwise, you can fill out the form below to assist us in changing your appointment. An appointment scheduler will return your request with a call or email between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm within the next two business days to confirm the requested changes.
If this is a medical emergency, please go to the nearest hospital or call 911.
