Brenna Meyers is a board-certified Physician Assistant who brings specialized clinical training in female pelvic medicine, voiding dysfunction, and general urology to Urology Associates of Fredericksburg. Graduating at the top of her class from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Brenna developed an early focus in subspecialty urologic care through years of hands-on experience in urogynecology, first as a clinical scribe and medical assistant, and later through rigorous surgical clerkships.

Her clinical practice centers on diagnosing and managing complex pelvic health conditions, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and recurrent infections, alongside procedural competencies such as catheterizations. Having first-assisted in numerous pelvic floor surgeries, including robotic-assisted reconstructions and mid-urethral sling placements, Brenna is well-versed in both conservative therapies and advanced surgical pathways.
